Without sacrificing our principles of minimal ingredients, we have created a fabulously flavoured hot sauce, with two main characters. We have combined the Carolina Reaper Chilli, one of THE hottest chillies in the world, with Scotch Bonnets. Equal quantities of each, balanced with a little sweetness, gives this mighty sauce the heat and unrivalled flavour. with 80% chilli content, (50/50 mix) then specially blended with fresh garlic, honey, a little vinegar and a sprinkle of salt! So another true 'clean' sauce, sugar free, vegetarian, and also gluten free.
