A true, full flavour Scotch Bonnet sauce with the emphasis on flavour, not just heat. This is achieved by packing each bottle with minimal ingredients. 80% Scotch Bonnet pepper, some honey, fresh garlic, then finished with a small amount of vinegar and a sprinkle of salt. So a true 'clean' sauce, suitable for vegetarians, and is also gluten free.
