Ledders Extreme
Ledders Extreme is the original sauce that we created, then perfected over many years. The core of this sauce is the tasty Scotch Bonnet, known for its heat, yest also a little sweeter. As with all our sauces, the key is the high fruit content and as such, this sauce is packed with over 80% Scotch Bonnet. This allows the real flavour of the Scotch Bonnet to shine, undiluted by masses of vinegar, water, or additional cheaper fruit that the majority of other sauces contain (just check the labels!) No fillers, no stabilisers, just packed full of good honest flavour, with the heat to match. Ideal served as a dip, or on your favourite meal. Perfect accompaniment for tacos too!
